Order Minimums

Opening Order Minimum: $150

Reorder Minimum: $100 

Payment 

We accept credit card payments via our invoicing system and the Faire wholesale platform. Payments are processed at the time of order. All orders must be paid in full before the order will ship.

Shipping

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground.

Turnaround Times

Orders typically ship in 7-10 business days, and turnaround times may vary.

Rush orders are available for an additional fee, please email us to discuss.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges for damaged products. Claims must be made via email within 5 business days of receipt of shipment. Please email us at info@gatherinflamecandleco.com with photos showing the damage.

If an order has been returned to us as undeliverable due to address/customer unavailability/customer non-responsiveness, shipping costs for original delivery cannot be refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to follow tracking as provided by Gather In Flame  Candle Co. or to follow up within a timely manner to check on delivery if an item has not been received in the expected time frame following shipment. If the item is returned to us, we will attempt to contact the customer immediately, and the customer has five (5) business days to respond. If they don't respond within that time, we will consider the issue resolved.

Undeliverable orders can be resent based upon agreement with the customer but new shipping charges are at the customer's expense. There is no place on the shipping labels for us to designate delivery instructions to the shipping carrier.

Packaging & Distribution

Products may not be repackaged or rebranded. Products may not be resold on any third party websites (Amazon or Etsy, etc.)

Due to the handmade nature of our  products, slight variations are to be expected.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@gatherinflamecandleco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

AI Use Policy & Restrictions

Gather in Flame Candle Co. does not use generative artificial intelligence tools at any stage of the creative process, including but not limited to design, ideation, image generation, or production. All work produced by Gather in Flame Candle Co. is original and human-made.

To protect the integrity of the creative process and our intellectual property, we have strict rules about how our product photos, videos and other brand assets can and cannot be used.

By purchasing from Gather in Flame Candle Co., our wholesale partners agree not to alter, edit, retouch, stylize or otherwise modify any product photographs, videos or visual assets belonging to Gather in Flame Candle Co. with or without artificial intelligence tools, without prior written consent. 

This includes, but is not limited to, uploading our product photos and other assets to AI for use in promotional materials, social media content, advertisements and any other use case.
