Returns & Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with any item, you may return them to us for a return or exchange. All returns must be postmarked no later than 14 days from the delivery date. All returned items must be received in new and unused condition. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Send an email to info@GatherInFlameCandleCo.com including your name and order number.
- If your return is accepted, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be generated and sent to you as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted
- You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return.
After receiving your return, inspection of the item’s condition, and our approval of the requested refund, your return or exchange will be processed. Please allow at least seven (7) days from our receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
